Order Modifications & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you've placed an order and realize there’s an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can assist in modifying your order before it is processed and shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Shipping Delays

We are unable to issue refunds for delayed shipments until 30 days have passed since the order date. Your patience and understanding during such delays are greatly appreciated.
